Mark T.Using these combs is now my favorite part of the morning. It’s like giving my scalp a fresh start each day.
Peter A.My hair feels softer, and the dandruff is almost gone. All thanks to this set!
Tony G.The fine-pin comb is 18cm with a rubberised grip and a row of closely spaced stainless-steel pins — spaced tight enough to get underneath loose flakes at the scalp instead of gliding over them. The 21cm wide-tooth comb does the sectioning, and it has a hollow channel running down the centre that catches the debris as the teeth pass through, rather than spreading it around.
Use it dry when you want the flakes gone without washing, or before you shampoo to loosen things first. It works with whatever you're already using rather than replacing it.

The fine-pin comb does the lifting — closely spaced stainless pins that get under flakes right at the scalp. The wide-tooth comb does the sectioning and the collecting, with the hollow channel catching what comes away. They work as a pair, which is why they're sold as one.
It's a comb, so what it does is physical: lift and collect what's already loose on the scalp. It doesn't change what's happening in the skin underneath, and it won't do anything a shampoo or a topical does. Plenty of people find the mechanical step is the bit they were missing — but be gentle, and see the safety note below if your scalp is broken.
Both work. Dry gives you more control and you can see what's coming away. Before shampooing is good for loosening buildup first. Wet hair is more fragile, so slow down if you're combing after washing.
Be careful with it. These are metal pins, and combing hard over inflamed, broken or bleeding skin will make things worse rather than better. Light pressure, work slowly, and stop at any area that's raw, weeping or painful. If your scalp is actively broken or infected, leave it alone and speak to a GP or pharmacist first.
