Althy Vitamin C Shower Filter Replacement Cartridges — 3 Pack
Three replacement cartridges for the Althy Vitamin C shower filter. At the manufacturer’s recommended replacement interval of every 3–4 months, a three-pack covers roughly a year of filtered showers. The cartridge is the part that does the filtering — the housing stays on your shower arm, so you’re replacing the media rather than the whole unit. Australian stock and local dispatch.

No tools, no plumber
The cartridge lifts out and the new one drops in. Hand-tight is all it needs.
Product Details
Once you've installed the Althy Vitamin C Shower Filter, you don't need to replace the entire unit every few months. Change the internal cartridge and keep the existing shower filter in place.
This three-pack is made for existing Althy filter owners who want their next replacements ready before they're needed. Each cartridge continues the same filtration approach as the main system, which uses multiple media designed to reduce chlorine and filter sediment and other specified impurities from shower water.
The manufacturer's filtration system includes calcium sulfite, activated carbon, redox media, Vitamin C, mineralised beads, zeolite and sediment filtration media. Calcium sulfite is specifically identified for chlorine reduction in both hot and cold water.
- 3 REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGES — stock up rather than ordering individually each time
- UP TO 9–12 MONTHS OF REPLACEMENTS — across the complete three-pack
- MULTI-STAGE FILTRATION MEDIA — continues the filtration system used by the Althy shower filter
- - MADE FOR YOUR EXISTING ALTHY SYSTEM — replace the cartridge without replacing the complete filter housing
How to Use
- Turn the shower off and unscrew the filter housing from the shower arm, or open it in place if your model allows.
- Remove the spent cartridge and discard it.
- Seat the new cartridge, making sure the seals sit flush.
- Hand-tighten the housing and run the shower briefly to check for leaks. Replace again in 3–4 months.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will a three-pack last?
Althy recommend replacing every 3–4 months, so three cartridges is roughly nine to twelve months. If your water is particularly hard or your household showers a lot, expect to be at the shorter end of that range.
Do I need to buy a new filter instead?
No — that's the point of a replaceable cartridge. The housing stays on your shower arm and only the media inside gets changed, which works out considerably cheaper than buying a complete filter every few months.
Will these fit my filter?
They're the cartridges for the Althy Vitamin C shower filter. If you have that unit, they fit. If you have a different brand of shower filter, they won't.
Is there anything I should know before fitting one?
Turn the water off before you open the housing, and check the seals are seated properly before running the shower — a cartridge that isn't flush will leak rather than filter. Dispose of the old cartridge with household waste. Nothing in the pack needs handling with care, but don't cut a cartridge open.
